FAQ

Common Questions

Who can use the In-Motion Pro Forearm Crutch?
The In-Motion Pro is designed for users between 4'2" and 6'8" in height. It works for short-term recovery after surgery as well as long-term daily mobility needs. Both short and tall models are available to ensure a proper fit for nearly everyone.
Is this crutch easier on the wrists than standard crutches?
Yes. The ergonomic handle is angled at approximately 24 degrees to align the bones in your arm and hand naturally. Combined with the spring-assist lower posts, wrist and hand strain is significantly reduced, along with the risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and nerve damage with long-term use.
How do I know which size to order?
Wear the shoes you'll most commonly use with the crutches, then stand upright with good posture and measure from the floor to your hip. The Short model adjusts from 23.5" to 33.5" (11 positions), and the Tall model adjusts from 28.5" to 42.5" (15 positions). Our team can help you confirm the right size before you order.
How stable is the crutch on different surfaces?
Very stable. The articulating crutch tips pivot to maintain full ground contact regardless of your walking angle, on tile, carpet, uneven pavement, and more. This gives significantly better traction than traditional fixed-tip crutches.
Can my Veterans benefits, Medicare, or Medicaid cover these crutches?
Many of our customers have their crutches fully covered through VA benefits, Medicare, or Medicaid. Coverage depends on your specific plan and eligibility. Fill out the short form above and our team will check your benefits and walk you through your options at no cost or obligation.
What is the warranty?
Each purchase comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers the main crutch components; articulating crutch tips are excluded. Heavy-duty construction and fully molded cuffs are built for long-term, daily use.
